Our little humans are never too young to start learning about their emotions, feelings, build self love, confidence and to teach them the value of making our wellbeing a priority.

Teaching our kids how to set up their days and how to reflect on their days is a valuable way to help with mindset and learning to be in control of themselves. It also help them break day each day before things feel heavy.

Great for all kids. Has been proven to help kids that have been bullied and picked on. We can focus on what we can control and what we can control is how we respond to things our of our control.

The Cubinary is a 90 day guided journal that was created for young ones who are able to comprehend and respond when you ask them questions and are able to understand and comprehend when you explain something to them.

This is great for pre teens and younger. A teenage suited one will be with us, keep an eye out.

We have a Little Master and a Little Miss. Both come in A5 size for our little humas. We encourage this to be done with a parent, guardian or someone close to them or that they trust for the best outcome.

The Cubinary

I purchased this book for my son. He is absolutely loving writing goals and reaching them and expressing his feelings. Its such a great reminder for him and it holds him accountable.

As a mother I definitely recommend to other little boys.

Making Time for Myself and Sharing It With My Daughter

I bought the Muminary to help me carve out some intentional time for myself each day, and it’s done exactly that. It’s helped me establish a meaningful routine where I can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with myself and my goals. It’s more than just a journal it’s become part of how I take care of my mental well-being.

What made it even better is that there’s a kids version, which I got for my daughter. We now journal together, and it’s been such a sweet, grounding moment for both of us. It gives her a space to share her thoughts and feelings, and it’s helping her build self-awareness in such a fun, age appropriate way.

This has become a really special part of our day, and I’m so glad we started this together. Highly recommend for anyone looking to create a little structure and self-care in their day and to share that experience with their child.
